Join anytime • $35/month or $350/year

Parenting a child with ADHD can leave you second-guessing yourself.
Do I help more or step back?
Do I hold the boundary or offer more support?
Is this ADHD, anxiety, a lagging skill, or behavior I need to address differently?
Anchor Your ADHD Family is ongoing ADHD parent coaching for the real challenges happening in your home.
Bring the homework battle, the screen-time explosion, the constant reminding, the missing assignments, the anxiety, the arguing, the over-helping, or the moment when you simply don’t know what to do next.
Together, we look at what may be underneath the struggle, what your child needs, what you need to hold as the parent, and what you might do differently.
The goal isn’t perfect parenting or fixing your child. It’s helping you become clearer, more confident, and more grounded in how you lead your family.
Your membership includes:
- A new parenting theme each month with practical teaching you can watch on your own time.
- Monthly coaching and discussion around the theme to help you apply it to your own family.
- Two additional live Parent Coaching + Q&A sessions each month where you can bring the challenges happening right now.
- The 21-Day ADHD Parent Reset + training library, available anytime.

The 21-Day Reset Journey Is Included
Days 1–7
Getting ground as a Parent
The first week starts with you, the parent.
Not because your child’s ADHD is your fault, but because how you respond in hard moments can change what happens next.
You’ll begin noticing what pulls you in, what makes you react quickly, and what happens when your child’s frustration, anger, or anxiety starts affecting your own.
The goal is to create a little more space between what your child does and what you do next.
Instead of getting pulled into the argument, the panic, or the power struggle, you can begin asking:
What is happening here, and how do I want to respond?
Days 8–14
Executive Function and Family Systems
The second week focuses on the daily systems around your child. ADHD kids often struggle with invisible demands such as time, transitions, sequencing, task initiation, working memory, sensory overload, boredom, and emotional flexibility.
Instead of seeing every hard moment as a behavior problem, you’ll begin to look at the system underneath it. Where is the routine too vague? Where is the transition too abrupt? Where is the task asking too much of your child’s executive functioning? Where could one visual cue, rhythm, or environmental shift reduce daily friction?
This phase helps you build practical supports that honor the brain your child actually has.
Days 15–21
Staying Connected While Holding the Boundary
The final week is about what happens when emotions run high and how you can stay connected without getting pulled into the chaos.
You’ll learn how to use fewer words, hold clearer boundaries, support your child without taking over, and repair after hard moments.
You’ll also look at the small ways connection is built over time, especially after conflict, frustration, or disappointment.
The goal is to move from simply reacting in the moment to becoming more intentional about how you want to lead your family with warmth, structure, and confidence.
This Program Is For Parents Who Need Support With
If you understand ADHD intellectually but still feel overwhelmed in daily life, this program was created for you.
If you want practical tools, deeper insight, live support, and a more grounded way to parent your ADHD or neurodivergent child, this is your next step.
Why This ADHD Parent Coaching Program Is Different
Most ADHD parenting support focuses on what to do. Anchor Your ADHD Family helps you understand what may be happening underneath the behavior so you can respond with more clarity, confidence, and connection.
We take a whole-child and whole-family approach, looking at executive function, emotional regulation, sensory needs, routines, transitions, screen time, motivation, school challenges, power struggles, repair, and the patterns that shape everyday family life.
You will not be asked to ignore behavior. You will learn how to understand it more deeply, support the skills your child is still building, and create responses that are both compassionate and practical.
This approach is compassionate, but not permissive. It is structured, but not rigid. It is practical, but not shallow. It helps you become the grounded leader your child can draw on while they are still learning to regulate themselves.
What to Expect From Me
As your coach, I will not hand you a generic parenting script and tell you to try harder. I will help you slow down, see the deeper pattern, and find the next grounded step for your real family.
You can expect calm, direct, compassionate support for the hard places of ADHD parenting: the yelling, the guilt, the screen battles, the shutdowns, the power struggles, the school stress, and the moments you may not feel proud of.
I will help you look beneath behavior without excusing every instance of it. I will help you understand your child’s ADHD brain while also helping you protect your own steadiness.
I will support you in building structure without shame, boundaries without harshness, and repair without self-blame.
This is intuitive, practical, nervous-system-informed ADHD parent coaching for real parents living inside real homes.
